There will be halves of roasted turkeys available.

All cooked briskets & turkeys will come with natural juices for reheating.

There will be apricot sauce available for roasted chickens and stuffed chicken breasts. All vegetable dishes will be available in 2 lb or 5 lb trys. All kugels will be available in 2 lb or 5 lb trays.

All orders will be cold and require reheating.

2 lb tray will feed 6 to 8 people
5 lb tray will feed 12 to 15 people

Brisket
8 ounces per adult
4 ounces per child

Roast Turkey
1 pound per adult
8 ounces per child
